Postage and handling
Postage and handling is an additional cost per order. Included in your invoice when you are completing your checkout process you will be charged $9.90 per order placed. This charge is Australia wide.
Black Lace Lingerie is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason your goods arrive in a damaged condition please return it to us in the original condition with the receipt within 10 days of dispatch and we will replace it for you, or provide you with a credit note. If you are returning an item as it is an incorrect size or colour this can be returned to us within 10 days of dispatch and we will exchange it for you, or provide you with a credit note. A postage fee of $9.90 will need to be paid to have the exchanged items sent out to you.
Conditions of exchange and returns:
- The garment is returned within 10 days of dispatch.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service department by email firstname.lastname@example.org where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem. When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the return item. Unfortunately, your postage charges on exchanges and refunds are not refundable.

*Please remember to wear a panty bottom when trying on your lingerie. When purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns.
